Aaron ben Perez of Avignon

Aaron ben Perez of Avignon is notable for his involvement in the significant anti-Maimonist controversy of 1303-05. Alongside other esteemed members of the Argentière congregation, he signed an address to the renowned Solomon ben Adret, which was later documented in Abba Mari Don Astruc's work, Minḥat Ḡenaot.
