Nancy Fraser

Nancy Fraser is a prominent American philosopher, born in 1947, who has made significant contributions to the fields of critical theory, feminism, and philosophy. She is currently the Henry A. and Louise Loeb Professor Emerita of Political and Social Science and professor of philosophy at The New School in New York City. Fraser's work is characterized by her critiques of contemporary social and political issues, including identity politics and liberal feminism.
