Muslim National Associations
The Muslim National Associations (MNA) was a prominent organization established in Mandatory Palestine during the 1920s. Founded with Zionist inspiration and funding, the MNA maintained a notable presence in the region, with branch offices operating in several Palestinian towns. This setup allowed the organization to extend its reach and engage with various local communities.
Leadership of the MNA was entrusted to key figures, including Hassan Bey Shukri, who served as the mayor of Haifa, and Sheikh Musa Hadeib, a prominent leader of the farmers' party in Mount Hebron. Under their guidance, the MNA pursued its objectives, although the specific details of its activities and achievements are not well-documented. Nevertheless, the organization's existence reflects the complex and multifaceted nature of political and social dynamics in Mandatory Palestine during this period.
